With a passion for helping people and making a positive impact in their lives, Lucas decided to start a new organization based on the values that he believes in.
With years of experience in the disability support industry, Lucas has gained valuable expertise in supporting people with various disabilities, including psychosocial disabilities. He understands the importance of person-centered care and believes that every individual has unique needs that require tailored support services.

Sharon is a skilled and compassionate registered nurse with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. With a diverse background in age care, rehab, pediatrics, medical, and surgical care, Sharon has developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of patients across different age groups and medical conditions.
Sharon is passionate about helping people live their best lives and believes in focusing on what patients can do, rather than their limitations. She is dedicated to providing quality care and support to her patients, ensuring that they receive the best possible treatment and care.
Outside of work, Sharon has a range of interests. She loves spending time outdoors, has a soft spot for animals and enjoys cooking, crafts and games.

Gloria is an experienced Support Worker with over 10 years of experience as a Nursing Assistant in ICU and Emergency departments. She has also worked for three years as a Disability Support Worker, providing care and support to individuals with disabilities.
Gloria's expertise lies in providing personalized care to clients, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
Gloria has obtained several certificates to enhance her skills and knowledge in the Community Support field. She holds a Certificate IV in Disability, Certificate III in Individual Care, and Certificate III in Home and Community Care. These certificates have equipped her with the necessary skills to provide care and support to individuals with disabilities and those requiring in-home care.
Gloria is passionate about her work and is committed to providing high-quality care to all her clients. She is a dedicated professional and an empathetic person, who goes above and beyond to ensure the wellbeing of those in her care.
Shay is a support worker who has a passion for working with children. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education degree and has experience working as a part-time nanny.
Shay's love for working with children stems from her energetic and positive personality. She is young and enthusiastic, which makes her an excellent fit for working with children of all ages.

Richard has a First-Class Honours Degree from Keele University, UK, and is the recipient of The Prince of Wales Scholarship from The Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, London, UK. He also holds postgraduate qualifications from prestigious institutions such as Cambridge University, Nottingham Law School, and The Inns of Court School of Law, London.
With over 20 years of experience as a lawyer in both the UK and Australia, Richard brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his volunteer work. Prior to becoming a practising lawyer, he taught for 5 years at Rugby School in the UK and at Scotch College in Perth, Australia, where he developed his passion for working with youth.
